Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2lb chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • splash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup Red hot sauce
  • 1/8 cup melted butter
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Put wings into bowl and toss with vegetable oil and salt. Transfer to a bag and toss with rice flour. Remove wings from bag and shake off excess flour. Place on a foil lined cookie sheet evenly spaced.
Step 2
Place wings in the oven and cook for about 15 or 20 minutes and then turn over to cook for remaining 20 minutes or until brown and crispy.
Step 3
While wings are cooking add remaining ingrediants into a sauce pan and let simmer for about 5 or 10 minutes to let the flavours blend. Remove from heat.
Step 4
To evenly coat the wings, pour the wing sauce into a large metal bowl. Add the wings and toss with tongs until well coated. Transfer to a plate and serve.
