Making Quinoa

For those of you who have never heard of Quinoa before it is a protein rich grain that contains all of the essential amino acids in it and on top of that is absolutely delicious. Being vegetarian, it can be tough to get a full protein like what you’ll get when eating a piece of meat. That’s probably the main reason why I love quinoa so much besides the taste because it is actually a full protein.

 At this point its fairly easy to find in most grocery stores, bulk barns and all that but my personal choice for where to buy it is Costco because for about $10 you get enough white quinoa to last you at month or two AT THE VERY LEAST. My parents can definitely vouch for that because I probably eat it three to five times a week consistently.
