Rigatoni Cassarole with Chunky Vegetables

  • 2 cups Rigatoni
  • 4 cups Chunky Veggie Tomato Sauce (see Pasta & Sauces for recipe OR use your own favourite store bought tomato sauce)
  • 1 cup grated mozzerella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese


Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Bring a large pot of water to boil and add rigatoni. Cook according to package instructions, rinse, drain and set aside.
Step 3
Add pasta sauce to rigatoni and mix well. You want to make sure the pasta is well covered.
Step 4
Transfer pasta mixture to a lightly oiled lasagna pan or cassarole dish.
Step 5
Top with mozzeralla and parmesan and place in oven. Cook for about 30 minutes or until bubbling. You can let it sit for about 10 minutes and then serve.
