Noodles Romanoff

  • 4 cups dried broad egg noodles
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup low fat sour cream
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese


Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pregrease an 8 cup cassarole dish.

Boil egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cool water, redrain and return to pot. Set aside.
Step 2
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, salt and pepper in a medium size bowl. Mix well.
Step 3
Fold cheese mixture into noodles and mix well. Tranfer to greased cassarole dish.
Step 4
Sprinkle with parmesean cheese.
Step 5
Bake uncovered in oven for approximately about 25 minutes or until bubbling.
